Solicitor/ Associate - Construction - Hybrid working

Client
The Construction team advises on all aspects of construction and acts for a wide range of clients, including contractors, sub-contractors, developers, funders, and individuals. They provide high-quality, commercial advice on all aspects of development, from the inception of a project through to its completion.

Role

  1. Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases.
  2. Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals.
  3. Conducting meetings with clients both face to face and remotely.
  4. Developing opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participating in business development.

You

  1. NQ-3+ PQE with grounding in Construction Law.
  2. Both contentious and non-contentious construction experience is preferred.
  3. Experience in contentious construction matters including experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required.
  4. Excellent client relationship management skills.
  5. Strong commercial acumen.
