Rate: GBP18.00 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable NPORS Traffic Marshall to join our team on a long-term government project based in Aldermaston. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work on a secure and prestigious site.

As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians on-site, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the smooth operation of site logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage vehicle movements on-site to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, site operatives, and management.
• Ensure compliance with site traffic management plans.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain a safe working environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid NPORS Traffic Marshall certification (essential).
• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall on construction or government projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check, which will be conducted by us.
