Skills, Experience, and Education Required:

1. Experience in NPD critical path management
2. 3+ years' experience in the Food Manufacturing industry
3. Exceptional organisational skills
4. Excellent IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

As an NPD Coordinator, you will be:

1. Project and Critical Path Management
2. Clear understanding of the NPD Process
3. Excellent communication skills at all levels and with all departments
4. Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
5. Lead team meetings and communicate status updates when required
6. Completion of submission forms and data entry onto customer portals
7. Ensure the accurate recording of project information
8. Produce weekly KPI reports
9. Schedule customer and supplier presentations
10. Assist with writing of QAS and tasting notes
11. Consolidation of trackers and management of internal databases
12. Complete comp shops and benchmarking panels to ensure our products are market leading
13. Identify newness in the market and review innovations across all relevant categories
14. Continually assess current products to recommend redevelopment if required
