This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and creative professional with a passion for food development, trend analysis, and bringing new products to market.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Researching and developing high-quality products from concept to launch
2. Identifying new market opportunities to drive business growth
3. Collaborating with internal teams & retailers to develop winning products
4. Representing the company at trade shows & industry events
5. Leading taste panels and benchmarking against competitors

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in food retail & NPD, ideally in chilled & frozen categories
2. A creative thinker with a track record of successful product innovation
3. Strong communication & storytelling skills
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver results
