If you want to move into NPD from another job in the food industry, or you want to use your food-related degree, or even if you are a chef who wants to get into food manufacturing - this could be the role that gets you there!

You would benefit from a huge amount of training and would learn all aspects of working in a busy NPD department, all the while helping to develop my client's wide variety of chilled foods for major retail and other customers.

You would learn about sample generation, product benchmarking, showcasing new products for customers, as well as the opportunity in the future to take on customer relationship management responsibility with a smaller customer.

You wouldn't need to be in NPD already, but would get the opportunity to use your work experience in the food industry or your degree, as well as your general MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Annual Leave: 25 plus 8 bank holidays
