Job Description

We are looking for full-time (min 4 days) Team Members - Prep Chefs to join our team at Notes Coffee Roasters & Bar in St Paul's, London.

  • We’ll give you full training on food menu and our fabulous wine, cocktails, and coffee.
  • There's a great opportunity to grow and develop in the role as part of our fast-growing team.
What you'll be doing:
  • Preparing food for our brunch and evening menus (sharing plates, cheese boards, etc.)
  • Assembling and plating customer orders during service.
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
  • Supporting the team when needed – including making coffee.
Qualifications
  • As we’re based in London, you’ll be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
  • Ideally, have 2 years of hospitality experience.
  • Available to work minimum 4 days in a week, mostly on evening shifts (14:00-22:00).
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude, willingness to support the wider team when it gets busy.
  • Interest in specialty coffee is a bonus (we’ll train you!).
