Lemonaid Beverages is looking for a full-time sales and relationship superstar to help spread our social mission across the North of England. Since 2009, we’ve been on a mission to shake up the soft drinks market with Fairtrade, organic beverages that make a real difference. Every bottle sold contributes 5p to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, and together we’ve raised over £9 million to fund impactful social projects in our sourcing regions. Our goal is simple yet powerful: to inspire social change, one drink at a time.

Your Role

Your primary mission is to bring Lemonaid & ChariTea into new venues, from cafes and bars to restaurants, health food stores to night clubs. You’ll be introducing our brand and making a compelling case for why they should join our mission to create change, across the Midlands and North of England, covering all counties from Birmingham upwards, including the West and East Midlands, North West, Yorkshire, and the North East. From increasing in-store visibility to business development by winning new stockists, you’ll have a wide range of responsibility and freedom in masterminding and executing our sales strategy.

What we are looking for:

  1. You have a winning mindset: resilient, relentless, and driven by results.
  2. You are based within a 30m radius of Manchester.
  3. Previous experience in FMCG? Great. But if not, your passion for winning and delivering results will stand out.
  4. A confident, skilled communicator with exceptional organisational abilities.
  5. Highly independent and self-motivated; you thrive in the field, excel without constant oversight, and are comfortable travelling 4-5 days per week to maximise opportunities.
  6. A clean full driving licence & Right to Work in the UK (a prerequisite to apply for this position).
  7. Enthusiastic, proactive, and brimming with entrepreneurial energy.
  8. You turn ‘no’ into opportunities and see every setback as a chance to grow and succeed.
  9. Adaptable and quick on your feet - you think strategically and act decisively.

Compensation details:
Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
