Job Title: Northern Regional Sales Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (Company vehicle + fuel card + Laptop + Phone + Benefits package + Bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday

My client, a national Plant & Powered Access Hire company are currently looking for a Northern Regional Sales Manager to join their fast-growing team.
About your new Northern Regional Sales Manager role:
- Liaising with all departments including Sales, Fleet, Engineering, Human Resources, and rentals/leasing to ensure operations function efficiently.
- Overseeing personal training plans and progression of staff members.
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for customers and clients.
- Conducting performance reviews for all members of the management team.
- Ensuring the delivery of high service standards.
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved.
What the successful Northern Regional Sales Manager will need to succeed:
- A proven track record in a Regional Sales Manager role.
- Ideally have a background within the Plant, Powered Access or Hire sales industry.
- Experienced in people management systems and processes.
- Ability to consult and negotiate, internally and externally.
- A proven track record of guiding a team to success.
- A full, valid driving licence.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A continuous improvement mind-set.
