Non Executive Director - Public Sector

Support build and execute esynergy strategy:

1. Support the leadership team in building and executing our strategy linking our work back to value.
2. Link geopolitics back to policy and then implications for digital & data.
3. Provide thought leadership to our communities.
4. Co-create new offerings to support our customers achieve better business outcomes & create value.

What we are looking for:

1. Network across public sector, policy, and tech C-suite.
2. Background as a civil servant or working at a large DDat consulting business.
3. Understanding of how geopolitics links back to policy, digital, and data strategies.
4. Knowledgeable about future cross-government strategic plans and initiatives.
5. Long-standing experience in working with and influencing senior-level stakeholders and enjoying the challenges of scaling emerging and growing SMEs.
6. Aligned to our values: honesty, collaboration, and growth.
