My client is a unique and vibrant Founder led business within the bar scene who are looking to onboard a Non-Executive Director during an exciting stage of growth. They are looking for someone with experience across scaling and exiting a business with plenty of charisma.

The Individual:

The successful NED will be an experienced Non-Executive/ CFO with extensive experience in overseeing numerous exit scenarios, ideally within late night venues or bars. You will be able to advise on potential investment partners/ buyers and have current contacts within the industry to aid with the expansion plans and exit portfolio.

Requirements:

1. Experience as CFO or NED within Bars or late-night venues
2. Thorough understanding and proven track record of exiting multiple businesses
3. Strong finance background with a network of contacts to help support an exit
4. Track record working for a Founder/ Entrepreneur led business
5. Proven success of growing and scaling similar businesses across the UK
6. Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the business
7. Flexible work pattern to fit the needs of the business
8. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation.
9. Confident in steering multiple areas of the business
