We are delighted to be working with a fast-growing, award-winning food brand who is seeking a Non-Executive Director to support its next phase of expansion.The business has successfully scaled into premium retail, online, and food service channels, earning a strong reputation for its high-quality ingredients, innovation, and artisanal production methods.With partnerships across top restaurants, independent retailers, and leading online platforms, the brand is now poised for further growth.

The Individual:

We are looking for an experienced Non-Executive Director to provide strategic guidance and industry expertise.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the premium food, FMCG, or hospitality sector, with experience supporting brands through retail expansion, supply chain optimisation, and scaling founder-led businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic counsel to the board and executive team.
• Support brand growth across retail, e-commerce, and food service channels.
• Leverage industry knowledge to strengthen supply chain and operational efficiencies.
• Advise on brand positioning, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
• Ensure strong governance and contribute to long-term financial sustainability.
• Act as a mentor to the leadership team, offering objective and constructive challenge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or board-level role within the premium food, or hospitality sector.
• A strong network within retail, wholesale, and food service to support strategic growth.
• Experience working with founder-led businesses, with an understanding of the nuances of scaling an entrepreneurial brand while maintaining its core values.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of distribution, brand-building, and customer engagement.
• Experience with private equity-backed businesses is a plus.
