Non-Executive Director

The Company is seeking up to four Non-Executive Directors to join its unitary Board. These critical roles involve providing oversight, governance, and scrutiny, particularly in the context of the organization's recent commitment to significant improvements in patient care. The successful candidates will be accountable to the public and the membership, and will be expected to bring support and constructive challenge to the leadership of the strategic direction. The ideal candidates will be strategic leaders with Board-level or equivalent experience in complex, dynamic, and multi-stakeholder environments, and are encouraged to apply if they have a background in leading cultural change, strategic oversight of large budgets, or leadership of mental health or community health services.

Applicants for the Non-Executive Director positions at the company should be exceptional individuals with a strong leadership background. Experience in clinical leadership as an Allied Health Professional, Healthcare Scientist, Nurse, or Doctor is also valued. While prior experience as a Non-Executive Director in the NHS is advantageous, it is not essential.
