Non-Executive Director - £6,365 per annum plus reasonable expenses

Do you have skills and experience in strategic asset management and investment, specifically in repairs and maintenance?

Do you have previous experience as a non-executive director?

We're looking for a Non-Executive Director to join our Board who can bring strategic focus on ensuring LHP can positively service its customers.

The ideal candidate will have strategic experience in delivering Great Homes, with a strong background in property repairs and maintenance. We're looking for someone with a desire to progress their non-executive career and have aspirations to be the chair of our Operations Committee.

Your respective track record of delivery, commercial insight, and constructive challenge will contribute to our decision-making processes, adding value to LHP’s ambition of providing the very best in customer service delivery.
