As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Non-Executive Recruitment Director to provide strategic oversight and leadership across the company. This is a key role that will shape our recruitment strategies and ensure the continued success of our firm.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Non-Executive Recruitment Director who brings deep expertise in recruitment leadership, talent acquisition, and strategic development. As a Non-Executive Director (NED), you will work closely with the co-founders, offering your experience and guidance on future recruitment processes, talent strategies, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and high-level guidance on company strategy.
- Be a trusted advisor for diversification away from core business activities (e.g., opening up new recruitment silos in new sectors).
- Oversee and advise on talent acquisition strategies, ensuring they align with the company's goals.
- Work with the team to develop long-term recruitment strategies and workflows for sustainable growth.
- Offer insights and counsel on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and best practices.
- Review and monitor recruitment performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide advice on recruitment technology and innovation to streamline processes.
- Advise on marketing strategies that are proven to work and not those that waste time and annoy clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums, building a strong network of recruitment professionals.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment leadership, with a strong understanding of our market.
- Track record of success in a senior recruitment or executive role, ideally within finance search & recruitment.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to drive recruitment innovation.
- Strong marketing experience in what works and what is pure buffoonery.
- Deep knowledge of current recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms.
- Experience in working at a Non-Executive Director level / trusted advisor is desirable but not essential.
