As a volunteer Non-Executive Director, your duties will include:

1. Playing a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of LabMed
2. Advising and overseeing the Association's investment strategy, ensuring it aligns with its values, mission, and financial goals
3. Providing regular updates to the Board on the portfolio’s performance and making recommendations for adjustments to investment strategies where necessary
4. Ensuring that the Association's investment approach promotes long-term financial sustainability, considering responsible and socially impactful investment opportunities

LabMed is seeking a volunteer Non-Executive Director with skills and experience across financial investment, wealth management, and governance to join a collaborative and engaged board of an organisation with great financial health. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise to make a lasting impact. LabMed is specifically looking for individuals beyond the world of laboratory medicine, so this is not a required expertise to join the board.

The Association of Laboratory Medicine will be hosting a Q&A Webinar on Tuesday 12th November (6-7pm), where they will share further insights and answer any additional questions you may have. Please register your interest in attending this webinar, and we will send you a registration link.
