We are delighted to be seeking two person-centred Non-Executive Directors to join our dynamic and nurturing board. For one role we are seeking an individual with a clinical leadership background in any discipline; for this role, experience and insight into some of the services provided by our Trust will be advantageous. For the second role we are interested in hearing from individuals with established board level experience ideally with experience as a Non-Executive Director; an individual who can offer their fresh strategic perspective to our board whilst appreciating the governance and assurance demands of a board position. For this role we are open to leaders from either public, third or private sector backgrounds with experience that complements our strategy and values. In particular, we welcome expertise in areas including strategic partnerships, service innovation, corporate governance or digital leadership. For both roles a commitment to inclusion and shared values will be essential.
Our Non-Executive Directors bring independence of thought, curiosity and compassion to their roles; offering constructive challenge as well as support to our talented executive team. Comfortable in challenging at board level in complex organisations, you will be politically astute, creative, and focused on quality. You will bring a genuine commitment to patients and to reducing health and workforce inequalities. We always welcome diverse and fresh insights; innovative and inclusive leaders who thrive in environments of high accountability and ambiguity. These are exceptional opportunities to make a difference to the lives and futures of our populations and those who serve them.
