Nightshift Production Manager

Are you a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or a Senior Shift Manager with experience in a fast paced, high volume environment?

We are currently working with a market leading, multi-site food manufacturer that is looking for a Nightshift Production Manager to join the team on a Sun-Thu Nights hours.

The key responsibilities will be:

1. Leading the whole night shift, driving learning, development, and mentoring.
2. Leading audits and customer visits.
3. Implementing effective coordination with other departments and production planning.
4. Driving all food safety, health and safety standards, and quality standards adherence.
5. Being a hands-on driver of CI initiatives, including SIC meetings and process mapping projects.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience running a night shift, especially within a fast-paced environment and teams upwards of 20+. You will have 5-10+ years in management within food manufacturing, exposure to CI and Lean Manufacturing projects, and an understanding of training methodologies.
