Job description

Are you a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or a Senior Shift Manager with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment?


We are currently working with a market-leading, multi-site food manufacturer that is looking for a Nightshift Production Manager to join the team on a Sun-Thu Nights schedule.


The key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the whole night shift.
  2. Driving learning, development, and mentoring.
  3. Leading audits and customer visits.
  4. Implementing effective coordination with other departments and production planning.
  5. Ensuring all food safety, health and safety standards, and quality standards are adhered to.
  6. Driving hands-on Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, including SIC meetings and process mapping projects.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience running a night shift, especially within a fast-paced environment and teams of upwards of (Apply online only)+. You will have 5-10+ years in management within food manufacturing, and exposure to CI and Lean Manufacturing projects, along with an understanding of training methodologies.
