What You Will Do:

1. Lead the nightshift operations, ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and to specification.
2. Program, set, and operate Siemens CNC Milling Centres, maintaining high-quality, efficient machining operations.
3. Use offline programming software, ideally Fusion 360, to develop and optimize machining processes.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
5. Monitor and improve machining processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and reducing waste.
6. Conduct basic maintenance and address equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.

What You Will Bring:

1. Proven experience in CNC machining, particularly with Siemens CNC Milling Centres.
2. Competency in programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machines, with offline programming experience being highly desirable.
3. A strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and geometric tolerancing.
4. Excellent leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a team under tight deadlines.
5. A commitment to health, safety, and quality control standards, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
