Job description

Warehouse Team Leader – £30k pa – Oldham

Schedule: 4 On 4 Off – Hours between 2pm and 1:30am

The Role

Working with a successful fashion retailer, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the Logistics Team.

You will be required to lead, support, motivate, train and develop the Logistics Operational colleagues in your team to ensure all objectives are met, accurately log colleague time and attendance, identify process improvements and support implementation through the use of lean six sigma methodology to ensure the logistics operation is efficient and flexible to meet customer demands.

The Person

You will be open to feedback from your team and create ideas to improve colleague experience.

You must be used to working to production and compliance targets and SLA’s.
