Nights Reception Team Member

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Night Porter to join our team here at the hotel. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the overnight shift. Please note that this is a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking guests in and out during overnight hours
• Monitoring the hotel and its surroundings for potential security issues
• Responding to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with housekeeping duties as needed
• Setting up breakfast and/or coffee service for early morning guests
• Completing various administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with hotel software and computer systems
