The Role
As an experienced Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the overall performance with more sites and bring in procedures and policies to ensure robust solutions are implemented, capacity planning to review labour requirements and resource planning for future production demands. Making sure you have the allocated labour being utilised to produce product at the right time and at the right Quality.
Also be responsible for ensuring employees are given the correct training when necessary and ensuring their skills matrix are up to date to adhere to quality standards of employee performance.
The Person
You will have strong leadership skills with a structured approach and be a role model for others in your team.
Adhering to company quality awareness, housekeeping standards are maintained at all times and assist other areas of the business when required to carry out the same or similar task.
