We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Night Watchman to join our team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for security and a strong work ethic.

Key Details:

Position: Night Watchman
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain security on site throughout the night
2. Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols
3. Record and report any incidents or irregularities
4. Ensure all visitors and personnel follow safety protocols
5. Respond to emergencies and assist in resolving any security concerns

Preferred Qualifications:

1. CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
2. DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
3. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
4. SIA Badge

2. Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout the night

4. Reliable and trustworthy
