Role: Night Site Technician within Water

Salary: £12.64 per hour = £26,200 per annum

My client is a market leader in the Water sector and is attached to the Thames Water framework. They carry out asset inspection attached to clean water mains distribution pipelines.
This role offers full training, so no prior Water sector experience is required, although it would be advantageous.
In this role, you will be working with an experienced engineer and will be provided with on-the-job training along with formal industry-related qualifications as part of the induction process.
Day-to-day tasks are focused on carrying out asset checks on clean water distribution pipelines. For example, isolating valves in the pipeline and checking they are functioning properly, flushing pipelines, and pressure testing. Note this is a site-based role, but you will also be required to have an office presence where you gather information, e.g., locations of your next jobs and identify tests that are required.
Please note you need to be based within Oxford or within a 20 min drive to be considered for this position. In addition, you will need to hold a full UK drivers license with no more than 6 points.
The role is based on working 40 hours a week across 4 X 10 hour shifts Monday to Thursday on a NIGHT SHIFT basis starting at 7pm and finishing at 5:30am.
This role offers a salary of £26,200 and an immediate start, and an interview is available for the right candidate.
