Your Role:

As Night Shift Production Manager, you will be at the heart of night-time operations, leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role will require strong leadership, a passion for continuous improvement, and a hands-on approach to ensuring high standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

1. A proven track record in Shift Management or Supervisory roles within a food manufacturing environment - this is essential!
2. A hands-on leader with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
3. A proactive mindset with a passion for driving operational improvements.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
