Bowl chopper operative Operate bowl chopper mixing meats and ingredients whilst following a step by step check sheet. Operate computer for booking ingredients on the system Work to a schedule Good level of English
Satay Former operative Operate a satay former putting marinade chicken onto a skewer using a stick insertion machine. Complete line paperwork Work to a schedule Operate computer for booking products onto the system Good level of English
High risk Paperwork operative Complete checks in line with CCP in the area and in line with other quality checks required. Complete line paperwork Work to a schedule Operate computer for booking products onto the system Work in a chilled environment <5 degrees Good level of English
High risk Machine operative Set up and run a pro seal / Variovac machine linked to a multipond which will put product into plastic trays and heat seal a film on top. Pick product from a chiller ensuring product picked is correct for the job being carried out on the line. Work to a schedule Work in a chilled environment <5 degrees Good level of English

Despatch Operative Book pallets onto the system ready for outloads Move pallets required for outloads onto the vehicles when required Keep a stock of the freezer and chiller in the area Keep the despatch area clean and tidy Pick boxes required for packing and issue to the area. Experience
Basic maths skills are essential for measuring ingredients and calculating production requirements.
Knowledge of HACCP principles is preferred to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
A strong understanding of food safety practices is required to maintain high standards throughout the production process.
