Job description

A premier care home in Malvern is looking for an experienced HCA to join the team as a Senior Care Assistant, supporting excellent care through the night.

This purpose-built home just recently opened its doors to offer top-level residential, respite, and dementia care only a stone’s throw from the Malvern Hills. Specialist interior design techniques, fully modern conveniences, and beautiful outdoor spaces all combine for a truly luxurious home experience.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be supporting the more advanced elements of care (such as medication and care plans) and mentoring junior members of the team to help maintain a comfortable overnight environment and a superb quality of life.

Person specification:
  • (Essential) At least 2 years’ experience working within an elderly care setting
