We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Night Porter to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our guests' comfort and safety during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests arriving or departing at night.
2. Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises.
3. Provide our guests with late check-ins and early check-outs as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
4. Handle any guest requests or issues promptly and professionally.
5. Ensure the hotel is tidy, organised, and secure throughout the night.
6. Complete light cleaning of Front of House areas.
7. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including fire and emergency procedures.
8. Prepare and serve any late-night refreshments or snacks to guests.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality) is desirable but not essential.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work independently and use initiative.
4. A professional and friendly attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
5. Good knowledge of health and safety standards.
6. A love for working in a peaceful, countryside environment!
