Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our compassionate team in a 30-bed nursing home. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering person-centred care in line with care plans
2. Administering medication and treatments as per NMC guidelines
3. Monitoring and assessing residents' health conditions
4. Supporting care staff and ensuring high standards of care
5. Responding to emergencies and liaising with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

1. Active NMC registration (Paid)
2. Experience in elderly or dementia care preferred
3. Strong clinical and leadership skills
4. Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Competitive hourly rate (£20.30)

Choice of 33 or 44 hours per week
