Night Nurse Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Leading by example to ensure high standards of care
2. Managing medication, care plans, and general nursing duties
3. Leading the team during your night shifts

Package and Benefits:

1. Annual salary of £48,000 - £49,000
2. Full-time, permanent position working four nights per week

Minimum Requirements:

1. Be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RNLD, or RMN)
2. Possess excellent clinical skills, including wound and catheter care
3. Have previous experience in elderly care, preferably in a nursing home
4. Understand clinical governance, risk management, and audit
5. Comply with policies, procedures, clinical protocols, and NMC guidelines
