Night Marina Operative

Marine Resources are currently recruiting for a permanent Night Marina Operative position that has become available at a leading marina. You will be joining a dedicated and friendly team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Their customers rely on them to deliver a safe and secure experience. This role will include spending some time patrolling the marina and facilities, conducting safety checks, and observing access to secure areas. Monitoring CCTV is also a key part of this role.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

1. Proven customer service or customer facing experience
2. A 'can do' attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
3. The ability to work alone and as part of a team
4. Ability to stay calm under pressure
5. Ability to learn and use computer software systems

You will be working as per the night duty rota which includes some weekends and bank holidays. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of boating and local cruising grounds would be beneficial but not essential as full training, where required, will be given.

Working Hours:
4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts from 7pm - 7am
