As our Night Guest Services Manager, you will be an ambassador for the hotel as well as the team you are leading. Managing the operations throughout the night, you will be passionate about delivering world-class service to our guests, whilst ensuring standards are maintained and targets are achieved.
Due to the high level of responsibility, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a management level role within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably with previous Night Management experience.
Being a Night Manager requires a lot of skill and dedication, so you will have incredible organisational skills and attention to detail, a hands-on approach, along with stamina and the ability to remain positive and calm when under pressure.
