So…. What is this role exactly?
In the role of Night Foyer Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting Young People Services which provides accommodation, support and learning opportunities to young people aged 16-25 helping them to make the transition from dependence to independence.
The role is based at Coops Foyer in Wigan Town Centre and will move over to our new Wigan Foyer, also based in Wigan Town centre when the innovative development is completed in the next year.
Coops Foyer is accredited with the Foyer Federation meaning we take an asset-based approach, called Advantaged Thinking, in all the work we do; encouraging young people experiencing homelessness to aim high, dream big and fulfil their ambitions.
It’s a given you will enjoy working with Young People, as well as a good level of administration experience including competence in using Microsoft systems and accurately recording information.
As Coops Foyer is staffed 24 hours a day and provides a low to medium support service, working alone, the Night Foyer Supervisor ensures the building, and its customers are safe and secure outside normal office hours.
