As a Night Coordinator you will be:

  • Identifying any nighttime cost pressures with the budget responsibilities and taking steps to minimize/eradicate their impact on the budget.
  • Managing staff allocation, redeployments, and daily numbers on the ward and additional use of premium rate staff to ensure budget is tightly controlled and effectively managed.
  • Working closely with the on-site staff coordinator to ensure adequate staffing is considered and booked for the night and day teams.
  • Providing statistics and reports as required by the Hospital Director/Deputy Hospital Director.
To be successful for this role you will need:
  • Relevant experience as RMN/RNMH/RNLD.
  • First level nurse with evidence of professional development, relevant skills, and knowledge.
  • Awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment.
  • Relevant Clinical Experience in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership skills.
What you will get:
  • Annual Salary of £42,000 - £45,000 DoE.
  • The equivalent of 33 days annual leave (inc Bank Holidays) – plus your birthday off!
  • Free meals and parking.
  • Wellbeing support and activities to help you maintain a great work-life balance.
  • Career development and training to help you achieve your career goals.
  • Pension contribution to secure your future.
  • Life Assurance for added peace of mind.
  • Enhanced Maternity Package so you can truly enjoy this special time.

There are also a range of other benefits including retail discounts and special offers and much more.
