Job description

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Night Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team of 7 cleaners and oversee and direct the work of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time role across a 6 day week. The shift pattern will be Monday - Friday 10.30pm - 5am, Saturdays 7pm - 1.30am and Sundays 9pm - 3.30am.

You will be joining our Total FM team based in Hatfield. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage work schedules, allocate additional tasks, and cover absences.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback.
  • Ensure that cleaning standards are consistently maintained throughout the facility.
  • Identify and address any cleaning issues or concerns promptly.
  • Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role and use of cleaning machinery.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
