£26.00 per hour, equivalent to £52,052 per annum | 38.5 Hours | Night Shifts | Great Staff Benefits


A luxury care home in the Glasgow area is currently looking to recruit an RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Charge Nurse to join their team.


Details of this Charge Nurse vacancy and what the home is offering:

  1. Excellent hourly pay rates of £26.00 per hour
  2. Working 38.5 hours, working night shift on a permanent contract
  3. Rolling rota

As a Charge Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD you will lead the shift, coordinate care, and support junior nursing staff, playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the home.


Minimum Requirements:

  1. NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
  2. Good clinical knowledge and understanding
  3. Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  4. Able to work effectively in a team as well as individually when needed
  5. Able to lead and motivate a team
