Nigh Concierge - Hospitality/ High end residential - Build to Rent

Rota: 4 days on 4 days off

9pm - 9am

Location: North West London

My Client is a leading property management company specialising in Build to Rent developments. Position Overview:

They are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join the team as the Night Concierge for their Build to Rent property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring residents receive the highest level of service and assistance throughout their tenancy. This role is pivotal in maintaining positive relationships with our tenants and fostering a sense of community within our developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting property orientations for new residents and ensuring a smooth transition.
  3. Manage maintenance requests efficiently, liaising with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues promptly while keeping residents informed of progress.
  4. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company standards.
  5. Assist with leasing activities, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
  6. Foster a sense of community by organizing resident events, activities, and engagement initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in customer service or property management is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with residents and team members.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  5. A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
  6. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
