Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
• Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
• Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• Skills: Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
• Attributes: Friendly, service-oriented with excellent communication and detail-oriented.

Additionally, it is located within minutes from Bismarck State College, St. Alexius Medical Center, and Sanford Medical Center. At the end of a long day, guests can take advantage of all the comforts of home in our newly built studios, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom suites, equipped with full kitchens, free WiFi, LCD TVs, and access to our indoor saltwater swimming pool and hot tub spa.
