Salary: £50,000

Location: Coulsdon

Shift Pattern: 40-hour week - office-based - Monday to Friday

Package:

1. 25 Days per year + bank holidays
2. Ongoing training and development to upskill and progress to Project Engineer and Project Management.

Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced NICEIC Qualified Supervisor / Principal Duty Holder to oversee and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of our electrical work across commercial and industrial projects based in Coulsdon in the office five days a week.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership position with a growing company, with potential for career progression into management. You will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the Principal Duty Holder (PDH), ensuring all electrical work meets statutory and NICEIC requirements
2. Oversee and sign off electrical testing, inspections, and maintenance works
3. Ensure correct documentation and certification of all work, including EICR reports
4. Provide technical support, guidance, and training to engineers
5. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
6. Ensure safe working procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

1. Must be NIC or EIC Principal Duty Holder
2. Must hold 2391 Inspection and Testing certification (or 2394 & 2395 equivalent)
3. C&G 2360 Pt 1 & Pt 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
4. Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and relevant industry standards

Preference:

1. Previously worked as an NICEIC Supervisor in a rail environment
