What you will do:

1. Participate in swallow and communication assessments, creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
2. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, working on acute wards across stroke, general medicine, frailty, emergency admissions, respiratory issues, and acquired neurological conditions.
3. Provide specialised stroke rehabilitation, supporting patients on their journey to recovery and improved quality of life.

Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:

1. Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
2. Recent UK/NHS post-qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist.
