Weekend adventures await, as shifts include mornings from 10 am to 1 pm.

What you will do:

1. Perform medicines reconciliation to ensure accurate medication histories
2. Conduct clinical screenings to evaluate and adjust treatment plans
3. Provide clinical ward pharmacy services, collaborating with healthcare staff
4. Deliver expert pharmaceutical care and advice to patients and healthcare professionals
5. Ensure compliance with NHS protocols and guidelines

Requirements of the Pharmacist:

1. GPHC Registration
2. Previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting
