An established industry player is seeking passionate individuals for the role of Health Advisor. In this vital position, you will be the reassuring voice for patients calling 111, providing critical advice and support. You will need to demonstrate emotional resilience and effective communication skills while managing a variety of calls, from routine inquiries to urgent situations. The role offers a high-quality onboarding experience and opportunities for career progression, ensuring you can develop your skills and advance within the organization. We are looking for passionate, patient focused individuals interested in a career as an NHS 111 Health Advisor in the Norwich area. The ideal candidate will be calm, professional, and empathetic.
As a Health Advisor at IC24, when our patients dial 111 you will be the first point of contact as the voice at the end of the line. It will be up to you to deliver time-critical advice, triaging a wide range of calls and providing safe, effective assessments and non-clinical advice using the NHS Pathways System. Emotional resilience is an essential skill to have; you will need to think fast but clearly whilst typing detailed notes on our system. Calls within this role can vary from repeat prescription requests to distressed suicidal patients. Do you have the resilience to overcome difficult situations such as these?
A high-quality onboarding and a robust training programme are on offer, and we proactively encourage and support our Health Advisors to progress through the ranks as a Non-Clinical Coach, Service Manager, or Team Manager where possible. We also offer development opportunities through our nationally recognized patient service qualification programme, Aspire to Excellence.
