Job Description:

Our client is a leading Essex law firm, with a superb culture and ethos and a reputation for honesty and excellence. They act for a broad range of clients across the firm that includes public companies, pension funds, banks, British and European retailers, developers, and leisure operators.

They now wish to recruit a newly or recently qualified (0-3 years PQE) Solicitor to join the Disputes team.

The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team in a busy department, have an eye for detail, and have experience in the following areas:

1. Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes (essential)
2. Debt Recovery (desirable)
3. Land disputes (trespass/easements etc.) (desirable)
