You’ll be joining us at our Hamilton Road practice in Central Motherwell. We will work with you to agree on the hours you wish to work.

• Fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that’s right for you; by year two, on average, our newly qualified dentists have achieved a 50/50 split between NHS and private.
• 50% revenue split on all private work.
• You can choose to have an in-practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months.
• With a UDA allocation, you will enjoy an NHS pension as well as access to NHS long-term sick pay and NHS maternity/paternity/adoption pay.
• Choice of working hours and location to suit you when you join and into the future when things change. Opportunity to consider hours that will work around DCT placements.
