Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on the energy sector (oil & gas, renewables, utilities, etc.).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required based on experience).
Skills: Strong understanding of energy industry-specific roles, technical qualifications, and workforce challenges. Proven experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of energy sector regulations, safety protocols, and certifications relevant to various positions.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for specialized roles in renewable energy, oil and gas, or utility services. Familiarity with energy certifications, technical requirements, and industry standards (e.g., NEBOSH, OPITO, GWO, ISO). Strong network within the energy sector, including contacts in professional associations, trade groups, and industry forums. Multilingual abilities, particularly if recruiting for global energy positions.
