Your Responsibilities:

1. Lead the new product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and bring cutting-edge products to life.
3. Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to final production.
4. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product launches.
5. Analyse market data and customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance product offerings.

What you’ll need:

1. Proven track record in new product development, preferably within a consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
2. Strong project management abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
3. Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with additional qualifications in product development being a plus.
4. Innovative thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
