Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from research and concept ideation to final production.
• Analyse industry trends and consumer behaviour to uncover new opportunities.
• Source and work with suppliers and manufacturers to create innovative formulations and packaging.
• Ensure all stages of product development are documented thoroughly and meet timelines and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to establish product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Assess product performance after launch and recommend improvements as required.

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an NPD role
• In-depth understanding of product development workflows and market trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
• A creative yet analytical thinker who is proactive and driven.
• Organised and efficient and able to manage multiple projects.
