New Homes Sales Negotiator

I am working with one of the UK's largest residential developers who have a strong International Team. They are currently looking for a Turkish Speaking International Sales Executive to join them.

Essential Experience:

1. Experience in B2B Management or Account Management
2. Fluent Turkish Speaking
3. Experience driving sales
4. Has worked with high net worth customers previously

Day to Day Duties:

1. Responding to initial enquiries via email or on the phone
2. Driving Sales Performance
3. Hosting events with investors
4. Conducting viewings
5. Showcasing the local areas to the clients
6. Account management of the managing agent
7. Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date
8. Aftercare
