New Homes Sales Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to complement our team covering the Essex & South Suffolk area. The main purpose of this role is to win instructions for new sites and develop relationships with developers in your area. Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Manager:

• Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area
• Win instructions for new sites
• Gain and keep Sole Agency
• Ensure the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard
• Be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
• Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company

Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Manager:

• Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder/developer, or Estate Agency experience in Residential Sales
• Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
