Our client, a well-established, regional Housebuilder, based in Hertfordshire, are seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to join them due to continued growth working on an initial site near Broxbourne with further sites across the region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for the sale of mid to high-end properties with prices on the initial site ranging from £400k to £750k in value. This role reports into the Sales Manager and offers an attractive package and commission scheme.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience in New Homes Sales, a full driving licence and a willingness to travel to other sites, meetings etc. Weekend working is required in the position on a rota basis.
